They also are the base of who we are and they will not be forgotten. They are who we are. Vincenz (Lorenz) Rolenc and Marie (Svoboda) Rolenc They came to the USA in 1874 on the ship S.S.Leipzig, of North German Lloyd Lines with five children ranging in the age of 7 to 14. One of which was John (Jon) Rolenc, Sr. They are buried at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, Abie Nebraska John (Jon) Rolenc Sr. and Josephine (Codr) Married January 23, 1900. John Wenceslaus was born in Chotibudich, Moravia. Josephine was born in the USA. Parents to 7 children. Three sons survived, John Jr., Edward J., Clement. They are buried in St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery, Bruno, Nebraska.
Edward Joseph & Lucie Rose (Farmer) Rolenc Lucie (Farmer) and Edward J. Rolenc. They were both born in Nebraska. They had nine children. They are both buried in York, Nebraska Hugh James & Anita Louise (Rolenc) Reid Married in 1960. Two daughters. 7 Grand Children. |
